The Risun Polymer Co***ny core strategy is to design and manufacture the new silane modified ***P resins with Technology from Western Co***nies with manufacturing and R&D resources in Taizhou in China. We will tailor resins for Customer needs, as well as offering a basic standard range.
The Customers we target are the worlds sealant and adhesive and surface coating manufacturers who wish to replace polyurethane products they make with the safer, and in many cases easier to make silane crosslinked products.
The elimination of free NCO and residual TDI and MDI monomer is essential if we are to protect our Customers from hazardous chemicals.
Our Technical Director has had extensive background in Paint and Adhesives Manufacturing .
Slump resistant low modulus PU Construction sealant with good adhesion is difficult to manufacture. The use of ***P or Hybrid silane crosslinked resin allows the use of precipitated calcium carbonates for good rheology and the ability to use secondary amino silanes as adhesion promoters making the formulation of these new hybrid sealants much easier.
We have the ability to source Polyether polyols from manufacturers using the DMC catalyst process, and there are now several manufacturers in China. There are also now in China manufacturers of the special silanes, and we have used them for several years now.
Chinese manufacturing now offers very competitive sources of Chemicals, as the Supply Chain and Quality is good. All the major world chemical manufacturers are present, and we are using the latest equipment for quality control of the Chemicals we use.
Risun Polymers are currently implementing a formal ISO 9001 quality system.
